Course & Event Manager Specialist DACH (m/w/d)
Execute and manage clinical education programs in DACH (courses, congresses, workshops, and events), ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate all logistical and operational aspects of educational events, including venue setup, equipment, materials, faculty scheduling, and participant communication.
• Work with Sales teams to understand customer needs, identify training opportunities, and integrate feedback into educational offerings for traditional Ortho and Mov`Aligners.
• Contribute to the development and customization of course agendas and content to address local clinical practices, trends, and business priorities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, professors, and academic partners to support clinical education and early engagement.
• Manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and faculty involved in educational initiatives.
• Create and manage purchase orders (POs) and coordinate vendor selection and onboarding as needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, local regulations, and industry standards related to clinical education.
4–6 years of experience in clinical education, medical training, event coordination, or healthcare-related project management—preferably in Ortho or medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
• Experience with CRM systems, event management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite; Benefits
