We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator to provide comprehensive support to our team.
You will oversee the coordination of correspondence, documents, and parcels, acting as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and service providers.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing scheduling and organization of meetings, ensuring efficient calendar coordination.
* Coordinating travel arrangements and processing expense reports.
* Supporting business development initiatives led by the legal team.
* Assisting with client onboarding procedures and contributing to the invoicing process.
* Maintaining office supplies and consumables inventory.
The ideal candidate has prior experience as an assistant or executive secretary in an international setting, preferably within a legal or professional services environment.
Essential skills include fluency in German (spoken and written), proficiency in English, and knowledge of French is a plus.
A strong command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.
Discretion and confidentiality are essential when handling sensitive information.
