Your tasks
9. Independent control and continuous development of operational quality management.
10. Management of national and/or international (change) projects with an impact on other teams and/or departments.
11. Formulation and optimization of quality management systems and guidelines for Germany, which require intensive cooperation and integration of various departments and groups.
12. Supporting and ensuring internal and external audits.

Your profile
16. Degree in natural sciences (preferably in food/feed technology), or comparable training
17. Several years of professional experience in a comparable or relevant position in the food/feed industry
18. Knowledge of certification systems, including FSSC22000 and GMP+ international
19. Very good written and spoken German and English skills
20. Methodical competence, e.g. goal-oriented action, technical problem-solving skills
21. Personal qualities such as taking responsibility, strategic thinking and persuasiveness
22. Social skills such as ability to work in a team, strong communication skills
