Responsibilities:
1. You are the first point of contact for key users and end users regarding questions about SAP CX
2. You gather requirements, evaluate them together with the CRM Manager, and manage implementation with internal and external partners
3. You are responsible for system updates and release changes in close collaboration with IT and our service providers
4. You design and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and trainings for optimal use of the CRM system
5. You analyze existing processes, identify improvement potentials, and drive continuous system optimization
Qualifications:
6. You have a relevant degree or possess equivalent practical experience
7. You have solid experience in the design, rollout, and support of CRM systems
8. You have very good knowledge of the SAP CX system landscape
9. You are willing to travel ocasionally for rollouts, audits, and training sessions (up to 20%)
10. You have business fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
