Your tasks
8. Scheduling of planning and construction processes with the Last Planner System (LPS) in the project
9. Creation of cross-trade production and phase schedules, including updating up to commissioning
10. Creation of the control list of the PEA value (percentage of tasks completed) and tracking of causes
11. Presentation of LPS in planning and construction meetings and introduction of employees to the lean management system and the LPS tool
12. Initiation, organization, implementation, management, coordination and moderation of appointments and consultations for LPS discussions
13. Holistic view and forward-looking control of execution planning, incl. realization, recording and updating of individual steps with presentation of meeting results
14. Analysis and evaluation of progress and target achievement with determination of the current performance status
15. Evaluation of adherence to deadlines and the reasons for obstacles or conflicts as well as the establishment of necessary countermeasures
Your profile
16. Experience in project management, especially in lean management
17. Ideally knowledge of contract and supplementary management
18. Knowledge of VOB, BGB and HOAI
19. Confident handling of common MS Office applications and LPS software
20. Very good knowledge of the DOXiS, EPLASS and iTWO systems
21. Specialist knowledge in the field of railroad infrastructure
22. In-depth knowledge of public procurement law desirable
23. Structured and independent way of working
24. Ability to coordinate project team members
25. High level of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
