Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Strategic Account Manager.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical and commercial support to foundry and thermal customers in Germany and abroad.

You will identify potential new customers, acquire and support them, and establish and maintain customer relationships.

Additionally, you will prepare and execute trials with new and existing customers, conduct presentations in-house and at customer sites, define and develop customer-specific products and suitable formulations, perform technical and commercial benchmarking against competitive products, determine customer needs, and execute utility value analyses.

You will also participate in reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensure safety-related rules and behavior, carry out market, product, and competition analyses, and participate in cross-divisional sales and marketing projects.

Furthermore, you will attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and professional events at home and abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical and commercial support for foundry/thermal customers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field

Skills:

* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems
* Knowledge of industry trends and developments

Work Experience:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or related field
