* You already have several years of professional experience in IT support and Windows administration
* Designing and implementing new technical solutions is your thing, installing and configuring Windows client and server applications is part of your daily business

* You will be responsible for the installation and configuration of Windows client and server applications as well as the administration and maintenance of our client-server landscape
* Client and user management in Active Directory and in the Microsoft Cloud (M365) are a matter of course for you
* You support the onboarding and offboarding of employees
* You want to familiarize yourself with our software management baramundi and ensure deployment and a tidy software landscape
* As part of the team, you will drive forward the modernization, further development and improvement in your area of responsibility, including the design and implementation of new solutions
* You always keep an eye on our IT infrastructure - error analysis and troubleshooting, but also the optimization of technical and organizational processes are part of your tasks
* You are the number one contact person for colleagues in first, second and third level support
* Through the close exchange with intersoft employees, training courses and up to date employee FAQs, you strengthen awareness and the ability to act in the area of hardware and software use
* To ensure the security of company data and services, you will implement organizational and technical security measures as part of the team
* You are no stranger to endpoint security and IT compliance
* You support the team in the preparation and implementation of audits and certifications
