Our client is focused within the engineering industry and is looking for a Senior Controller to join their team.

THE ROLE:
* Responsible for group liquidity management
* Implementation of short-term money market transactions and financing projects
* Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
* Participation in budget and medium-term planning
* Creation and development of KPI reports
* Participation in digitalisation projects – including the implementation of BI systems but supporting the migration to SAP S/4HANA and driving development of SAP Analytics Cloud
* Analysis, evaluation and reporting
* Creation and development of decision-making documents and business cases
REQUIREMENTS:
* Degree in Business Administration with a focus on controlling and finance, or equivalent qualifications
* Experience in investment controlling and desirable skills in financing, liquidity forecasting, and business case modelling
* Strong IT affinity, particularly in SAP, Excel, and BI systems - Ideally, several years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in larger organizations or in the non-profit sector
* German language skills of at least at C1 level and are complemented by good English skills and strong communication skills
* Analytical thinking, a strong willingness to learn, persuasiveness, assertiveness, and structured problem-solving skills round out your profile
