SHK: "Urban ARTotale Re:New" Project 20 hours per month

Join us in revitalizing the groundbreaking 2009 ARTotale project through "Urban ARTotale Re:New," an ambitious initiative that celebrates the intersection of contemporary urban art, academic life, and public engagement at Leuphana University and throughout the city of Lüneburg. This project will create dynamic, large-scale artworks integrated into key locations across campus and the city center, strategically embedded within the university's 2026 Opening Week in October to ensure sustained student engagement.
Your Tasks:
* Project Coordination & Administration:
* Coordinate closely with university administrative bodies and city authorities for all artistic installations.
* Support organization and logistics for artistic productions (travel, accommodation, materials, permits).
* Collaborate with Opening Week organizers to integrate the project into the 2026 semester launch.
* Support planning and implementation of events such as artist talks, workshops, and mural tours
* Assist with reporting and project documentation
* Help manage schedules and budgets
Your Profile:
* Master's student at Leuphana University at least until December 2026.
* Interest in the visual arts, cultural management, or related fields.
* Strong organizational skills, reliability, and ability to work in a team.
* Confident communication skills in both German and English.
* Willingness to work with artists, university administration, and the public.
* Prior experience in project organization or event planning.
