What you'll do
* Join the Henkel cybersecurity team, supporting others in applying security practices in their organizations
* Conduct comprehensive security assessments of IT systems, projects and organizations
* Advise colleagues on best practices in information security and cybersecurity
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into business processes, IT organizations and IT systems
* Develop and implement information security and cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls
* Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies
* Prepare detailed reports and documentation for management, highlighting findings and recommendations

What makes you a good fit
* Bachelor's degree or above in IT, IT-Security, or related fields
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
* Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent
* Solid understanding of standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, OWASP, GDPR)
* Familiarity with cloud security, DevSecOps practices and design of secure IT-architectures
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Dependable working style, hands-on, and as part of a team
* Solid project management skills and attention to detail
* Proficient oral and written English language skills; German is a plus
