This role will lead the Global Product Strategy team focusing on developing and potentially launching our assets in GI/GU cancers. Utilizing those insights and knowledge to partner with R&D teams to design and develop successful clinical development programs that are optimized for regulatory and commercial success. You will be a leader within the global commercial team and optimize commercial performance within major markets within the US, EU and Asia. Extensive knowledge and experience across global markets in the Oncology space, including new product development, new product launches, regulatory landscape, reimbursement environment and healthcare system dynamics, to drive successful commercialization strategies 
 Proven ability to partner and influence from a global position with country commercial teams 
 Proven ability to lead and mentor the tumor team members, providing strategic guidance, coaching and support to drive performance and business objectives 
 Develop the global brand positioning and messaging aligned to assure product characteristics capable of product differentiation and ensure aligned and commercially focused medical and market access strategy, planning and execution 
 Insights & Analytics, R&D, regulatory affairs, sales, finance, and Medical Affairs) for the development and implementation of strategic and executional plans 
 Where BioNTech has co-commercialization or co-promotion rights ensure consistency and alignment with partner, in relation to the global brand strategy and all relevant resources 
 Experience gained both in country/affiliate leadership roles and at regional or international level 
 Undergraduate degree, MBA, PHD or similar considered a plus 
 Fluent in English
