Your Tasks
* Governance and control of facility management processes across organizational units
* Development and implementation of strategies for commercial, technical, and infrastructural facility management
* Budget planning, KPI monitoring, and sustainability performance oversight
* Process optimization and introduction of modern technologies (e.g., IoT) to enhance efficiency
* Performance monitoring and quality assurance across portfolios
* Reporting, benchmarking, and KPI evaluation to support strategic decisions
* Cross-functional collaboration with Real Estate, Construction, and Sustainability departments
* Coordination with country representatives and support of international projects
Your Profile
* University degree in Construction, Technical Facility Management, or Building Services, combined with knowledge in Economics, Finance, and Legal basics
* Several years of professional experience in building services or a related field, ideally with international and retail exposure
* Proven experience in data analysis, KPI development, and reporting
* Solid understanding of new technical developments and trends in building management
* Strong analytical and financial skills with high attention to detail
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Confident in Excel and data visualization tools
* Efficient time management and effective collaboration in cross-functional teams
