Requirements
* Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
* Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
