Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern (Fresher) to join our Human Resources team remotely. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates or students who want hands-on exposure to core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination)
* Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
* Support onboarding and induction processes
* Assist in drafting HR policies, emails, and documentation
* Coordinate virtual interviews and HR meetings
* Support employee engagement and HR initiatives
* Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned
Eligibility Criteria:
* Fresher / Recent graduate / Final-year student
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Any computer science
* Strong interest in Human Resources
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
