YOUR TEAM
To support our team, we are currently looking for a working student. You will support the team in advancing our Business Intelligence initiatives with the goal of gaining deeper insights into how customers use our products. Through data-driven analysis, you will help create transparency around customer interactions and identify potential weaknesses and opportunities early on. Your work will directly contribute to the strategic development of our product portfolio and help improve the quality and efficiency of our solutions in a sustainable way.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Analysis of usage data from our cloud products to identify usage patterns and customer behavior
* Development of dashboards and reports to visualise relevant KPIs
* Examination of potential weaknesses in product usage and derivation of actionable recommendations
* Support in the creation of presentations and decision-making materials
* Collaboration with adjacent teams (e.g., Product Management, Support) to validate findings
WHO YOU ARE
* Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
* Data Visualization: Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar for creating dashboards and reports
* SQL & Database Knowledge: Basic to intermediate skills in querying and managing data
* Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or similar) and their service models
* Business Intelligence Concepts: Understanding of KPIs, data modeling, and reporting structures
* Programming Basics: Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus
* English Proficiency: Strong written and spoken English for documentation and collaboration
Optional: German language skills for internal communication
NICE TO KNOW
* Remote work options within Germany
* Duration: 6 months (with the option to extend up to two years)
* 20 h/week, up to 35 h/week during the semester break
* Salary: 17,80€/hour
