In this role, you will:
* Define and execute the local business strategy, aligned with globalobjectives, to drive revenue growth and profitability.
* Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and solve complex business challenges.
* Lead and developteams,fosteringa positive workenvironmentandensuringeffective collaboration.
* Oversee financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
* Ownand deliversales and cost performance in line with regional targets, including direct involvement in building the customerporfolio.
* Drive operational excellence, ensuring efficient processes across sales, finance, HR.
* Partnerwith global HR and senior stakeholders to ensure local policies are aligned with global standards and businessobjectives.
* Oversee contract negotiations and approvals, ensuring alignment with legal and business requirements.
* Partner with global and regional leadership to adapt global strategies to local market conditions, including customer needs and competitive dynamics.
* Represent the company externally, strengthening the brand and market presence in the region.
* Ensure effectivelogisticsmanagement, including the flow of goods and operational continuity.
Requirements
* 4+ years of experience in corporate finance, business operations, or a related field.
* Solid understanding of office and administrative management processes, including systems and procedures.
* Demonstrate strong experience inthe hardwaresector.
* Good understanding offinancial management, including budgeting, payroll, revenue tracking, and forecasting.
* Solid knowledge of accounting principles, local regulations, compliance and administrative practices and procedures.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability tooperatein cross cultural and matrix organization.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluency in English and German language.
* High levelof ownership, accountability, and leadership presence.
