About your team
Be part of a growing team which is heading towards a technical modernization programme and bring in own ideas and experience. We work cross-functionally and help to delivernew customer centric experiences which will serve thousands of customers and form a crucial part of FFBs growth strategy.In addition,you will act as a relationship manager between business and technical areas and bepart of an agile development team.
About your role
1. Analyzing new and complex requirements from a user & business perspective and developing optimal user experience and appealing interfaces based on this in a cross-functional team working in an agile environment
2. Development of the look & feel of FFB for selected web and mobile channels (Personal Investors and other private clients) in close and constant cooperation with specialist departments, product owners, business and IT, including:
3. Research and prioritization of user needs based on (self-organized) research and analytics results
4. Creation of information architecture, wireframes, storyboards and designs as well as specifications
5. Supporting the developers in the iterative implementation of the designs
6. Quality assurance and documentation in collaboration tools such as Atlassian Jira and/or Confluence
7. Work according to the principles of "user-centered design", validating assumptions and testing prototypes to ensure a holistic user experience
8. Continuous improvement of processes and interfaces in the interests of users
9. Hybrid working atmosphere (min 3 days per week in Kronberg, Germanyoffice)
About you
10. 10+ years professional work experience in the field of digital web applications and UX/UI design (senior level), incl. research & testing
11. Customer centric mindset, with ability to manage customer expectations, customer-focused & service oriented
12. Working experience (please send a portfolio) in UX/UI design inweb and mobile application development
13. Demonstrable experience in creating UX/UI artefacts – mood boards, information architecture, low-res and hi-res prototypes, key visuals, pixel perfect visual design
14. Expert skills in design tools software, e.g. Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud etc.
15. Experience in Atlassian Jira and/or Confluence(preferable)
16. Flexible and positive attitude – with“can-do”approach, a self-starter that“can think on your feet”
17. Excellent team player with a disciplined and conscientious approach
18. Excellent communication skills in German and English
19. Passionfor banking or other financial service area
