EarlyNode is a holding company and startup studio. We buy & build B2B SaaS products, while running a dev staffing agency (ReactSquad) as the cash-& talent-engine fuelling this machine.
Our two core current ventures (with 1 more venture coming per year):
SocialKit: A new PLG SaaS that will be launched January 2026. SocialKit is a toolkit for B2B companies that want to skyrocket their organic reach on LinkedIn through employee advocacy.
ReactSquad: an established React staffing agency with an existing marketing team, currently EarlyNode's CEO Nikolas Chapoupis is leading marketing, in the future you would lead marketing fully.

**We are a lean company. Everyone is hands-on. There are no pure “people manager” or "strategist" roles at EarlyNode. Everything below is currently done by Nikolas, next to his other responsibilities.
Tasks
You will operate at the HoldCo level across projects. For now, that concretely means a 50/50 split:
50% (about 20h/week): SocialKit – IC Founding Marketer (LinkedIn-first)
You own the PLG inbound funnel up to signup. This is not generic digital marketing. LinkedIn is your home base.
Core channels
* Daily organic LinkedIn content on your own profile
* Daily ghostwritten content for Nikolas as "Founder @SocialKit"
* LinkedIn Thought Leader Ads
* Collaborations with LinkedIn creators and influencers
* BOFU SEO (alternatives, comparisons, use cases) to capture high-intent demand
What you’re responsible for
* Pre-signup funnel: posts, ads, email, website copy
* Lead magnets and acquisition assets
* Landing page + signup flow conversion optimization
* Basic paid acquisition and LinkedIn Ads (enough to run and iterate)
This is a creator-marketer role. You ship consistently and tie the work to signups.
50% (about 20h/week): ReactSquad – Marketing Lead (Team leadership + IC Paid Ads)
You own demand generation for ReactSquad end-to-end. The goal is qualified pipeline and booked calls, not vanity metrics. You lead the team and stay hands-on in paid acquisition.

* 1 part-time Webflow designer/developer
* 2 full-time video editors / graphic designers
Core growth drivers
* Paid acquisition (LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads)
* Founder-led marketing with our CTO Jan Hesters (YouTube + LinkedIn)
* SEO and AEO (high-intent discovery)
What you’re responsible for
* Run paid acquisition as IC work (account structure, targeting, creative direction, testing, iteration, reporting)
* Manage Jan’s content engine (topic strategy, briefs/scripts, distribution, repurposing)
* Own the SEO/AEO roadmap (what to publish, why it matters, and how it ties to pipeline)
* Improve the conversion path from ad/content to booked call (website, landing pages, CTAs)
* Maintain a weekly operating rhythm and reporting that maps work to outcomes (booked calls, qualified leads, CAC efficiency)
This is a hands-on role. You will be in the weeds, lead the team with clear standards, and personally drive paid performance.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications
* Creator-led LinkedIn growth experience: You post regularly and can point to content that drove leads, pipeline, or customers (not just impressions).
* B2B SaaS inbound ownership: You’ve owned “everything before signup” (positioning/messaging, landing pages, lead magnets, email capture, CRO).
* LinkedIn Ads as an IC: You have hands-on experience running LinkedIn campaigns end-to-end (structure, targeting, creatives, testing cadence, reporting).
* Performance mindset: You optimize for signups, booked calls, qualified pipeline, and cost efficiency—not vanity metrics.
* Team leadership: You’ve led or coached a small team (content + video + web/design) and can run a weekly operating rhythm (briefs, QA, deadlines, reviews).
* Strong copy: You can write clearly for B2B buyers (posts, ads, landing pages) and translate product value into offers that convert.
* Native / near-native English (written + spoken) and comfortable on calls + recording video.
* High ownership: You like being in the weeds and shipping weekly without needing lots of direction.
Nice-to-have qualifications
* Founding marketer / first growth hire at a B2B/ SaaS (or very early stage) with measurable results.
* AEP & SEO chops: alternatives/comparisons/use-cases content that ranks and converts (AEO/LLM search awareness is a plus).what a
* Working with simple analytics stacks (GA4, PostHog, HubSpot, etc.) and basic attribution (UTMs + “how did you hear about us?”).
