Aufgaben
* Friendly and proactive outreach to customers who have shown interest in our products, with the aim of understanding their needs and providing tailored guidance
* Coordination between customers and internal experts, such as technical customer advisors or Sales Managers, to ensure optimal solutions
* Identification of sales opportunities and support of the sales team through up- and cross-selling
* Careful documentation of customer interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement of processes and service quality
Qualifikation
* Technical and commercial understanding, along with strong verbal and written communication skills
* Native-level proficiency in German, French, Italian, or Spanish
* Good English skills combined with strong communication and organizational abilities
* A solution-oriented and customer-focused mindset
