They are seeking an Investment Manager to support the continued expansion of its German platform.</p><p><br></p><p>In Germany, they focus on value-add logistics and light industrial real estate. As they continue to expand, they are looking to add an investment professional with strong market connectivity, transaction experience, and a genuine interest in the industrial and logistics sector.</p><p><br></p><p>This role offers broad exposure across acquisitions, asset strategy, and disposals, working closely with senior leadership and key decision makers across the business.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Proactively source, originate and secure new investment and development opportunities and deals across the German market, including identifying and pursuing both on- and off-market transactions</li><li>Taking ownership of acquisitions and disposals across the German market, coordinating processes from initial sourcing through to execution and exit</li><li>Find creative ways to access transactions that others cannot</li><li>Building and maintaining relationships with investors, brokers, developers, owners, and other market participants to generate deal flow</li><li>Leading underwriting, financial analysis, and investment appraisals to support investment decisions</li><li>Preparing investment papers, presentations, cash flow analysis, and internal approval materials</li><li>Coordinating due diligence processes alongside legal, technical, and financial advisors</li><li>Working closely with asset management teams on business plans, value creation initiatives, and portfolio strategy</li><li>Monitoring market activity, rental trends, occupier demand, and transaction comparables across the German industrial market</li><li>Supporting the execution of portfolio disposals and exit strategies</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience & Background</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>A minimum of 4 years’ experience within real estate investment or transactions</li><li>Experience within logistics and/or light industrial real estate preferred, though candidates from other relevant real estate asset classes are also welcome</li><li>The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who can take initiative, manage their time effectively, and work independently</li><li>Ability to originate investment and development opportunities</li><li>In-depth knowledge and understanding of the real estate market</li><li>Strong understanding of the German investment market and substantial network of agents, advisors, and principals within the market</li><li>Proven ability to source opportunities and support transaction execution</li><li>Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities</li><li>Preference for candidates with extensive experience in investment exit strategies and disposal processes</li><li>Commercial judgement and confidence operating independently</li><li>Fluent German and strong English language skills</li><li>Based within the Düsseldorf region, with availability to attend the office 1–2 days per week</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Competitive base salary, bonus, and benefits</li><li>Autonomy and flexibility in how you manage your work</li><li>Hybrid working model (up to 1–2 days per week in the office)</li><li>Security and stability of an international platform, combined with the close-knit feel and direct exposure of a small German team</li><li>Opportunity to join a growing platform with significant ambitions across Germany</li></ul><p><br></p><p>To apply, please submit your application via LinkedIn or send your CV directly to <strong>Indya Lofthouse-Smith</strong> at <strong>ils@ctgpartners.co.uk</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p>For a confidential discussion regarding the opportunity, please contact Indya Lofthouse-Smith, who is exclusively managing this search on behalf of Arrow Capital Partners.</p>
