Duties and responsibilities：- Supporting the MaRisk Compliance function;
- Performing legal review of contracts and agreements;
- Assist monitoring of second line of defence according to MaComp/WpHG;
- Supporting data protection compliance monitoring;
- Following and analyzing the updates of the regulatory requirements and implementing in the internal systems and processes;
- Preparation of documents and reports of Compliance Department.
Qualifications and knowledge:
- Bachelor degree or above in law or comparable fields (LLM preferred);
- More than 3 years’ professional experience, ideally with knowledge in MaRisk/KWG, MaComp/WpHG, Data protection Compliance in the banking sector or as BIG 10-auditor or advisor of financial instituts;
- Extended knowledge in the area of regulatory requirements;
- Very good written and spoken German and English language skills, Chinese preferred;
- Analytical thinking, good team spirit and communication skills.
