8. Advice and support for assigned pharmacies as 1st point of contact in the back office
9. Contact management and support by telephone, video conference and e-mail
10. Customer service and relationship building
11. Control of order management
Your profile
12. Communication skills: Convincing, customer-oriented verbal and written expression in German.
13. Customer relationship management: Establishing new and long-term customer relationships and actively contacting customers.
14. Commercial training or PTA or similar.
