KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The Transformation Project Leader will be partnering with Wind HR Leader and Senior leaders to design and lead organizational initiatives & other transformation activities including: Strategic Leadership & Transformation Partner with Wind HR Leader and Senior leaders to develop and execute Business and HR strategies addressing operational, organizational, and cultural challenges Own HR strategy roadmap and implementation timeline Lead significant strategic HR projects and change management initiatives end-to-end Develop and implement organizational footprint strategy, as required by business context and drive execution of the plans Operations & Process Excellence Champion Lean methodologies to build capabilities, reduce inefficiencies, and maximize performance Partner with workforce, planning and analytics leader to create and execute a strategic workforce plan to support the business transformation Drive partnership, alignment and process improvement with Finance team on budget planning process Support business strategy through data-driven people analytics and forecasting to drive discipline in organizational setups and structural cost reduction Executive Support & Coordination (Chief of Staff) Improve and manage HR operating cadence and including HR leadership team meetings (in person and virtual) and all HR events Ensure timeliness and consistency in analytics, presentations, and communications Manage cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment Required Qualifications: Bacheloru2019s or Masteru2019s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, HR, Finance, Engineering, or related fields), with strong business and financial acumen Leadership experience, managing and/or directing in complex, dynamic organizations Previous project/transformation experience, global process background Major experience in regional or global enterprise roles within complex, matrixed environments Strong project management skills with matrix organization experience Fluency in Excel, PowerPoint and other automation / visualization tools Proven team player, with ability to work effectively across all functions to drive results and enable growth Strong ability to understand process flows and implications of changes Desired Characteristics: HR and/or Business experience within GE Vernova and/or the Wind sector Change management skills: ability to influence existing organization and stakeholders to enable change without massive disruption Ability to provide creative and unique solutions to tough business problems _The salary range for this position is_ _$188,000 to $258,000 USD_ _.
