Tasks
* Get Things Moving: Support our marketing team in daily operations and work closely with the Marketing Executive.
* Content & SEO Support: Help implement content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, landing pages, newsletters, and social media. Support SEO tasks like site research, backlink tracking, keyword analysis, and geo-targeting.
* Marketing Research & Insights: Conduct research on content trends, competitors, and target audiences. Analyze local and international markets to support data-driven marketing decisions
* Hands-On Marketing: Assist with campaigns, presentations, and day-to-day marketing operations. Bring your ideas and learn how content, SEO, and geo-marketing work together.
Requirements
* Curious Mind: You’re interested in digital marketing, SEO, content, and startup topics.
* Learning over Knowing: You don’t have to be a marketing pro. What matters is that you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and learn fast. You’re eager to jump in, and take on responsibility.
* Structured & Reliable: You work in an organized, independent way and see tasks through to completion.
* Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English (German is a plus, but not required)
* Prior Experience Welcome: Some prior experience in marketing, SEO, or content is a plus, but not required

We provide digital networking solutions, such as digital business cards and card scanners, for individuals and companies. We are a remote-only, small tech company, and everyone in the team is encouraged to improve Spreadly every day. To enable everyone to do great work, we focus on having only two mandatory meetings with the whole team: a Weekly Check-In on Monday and a Product Session on Friday.
