Key roles and responsibilities
* Communication with partner companies (System integrators), SW developers and end-customer companies (IT departments) for project proposal and implementation
* Technical support for pre-sales engineering and sales of LG Commercial TV, Signage and SW solutions
* Driving activities of knowledge building and capability enhancing for partner companies and LG members, through its training academy
* Engaging and developing technical cooperation with technical solution providers
* Designing the best quality of proposal including SW and HW solutions
* Provide on-site support and troubleshooting
* Regular communication with customers, local subsidiaries and HQ
Required qualifications, skills and experience
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role for TV, IT or Professional Display industry
* Knowledge of television or display device systems
* Knowledge of IP based network, video/audio codec
* Knowledge of related operating systems and software applications
* Experience with On-Premise and Cloud based Solutions
* Knowledge of Software integrations through APIs
* Strong presentation skills for engaging training delivery
* Technical project management skills
* Ability to communicate technical and non-technical information clearly with all levels of personnel in an appropriate and professional manner
* High level of organization and management of several tasks simultaneously
* Fluent in English (other European languages are an added value)
