You’ll shape collections that bring hand-crafted techniques into modern relevance. From concept to prototype, you'll help us define a brand that champions originality, craftsmanship, and creative freedom.
What You’ll Do
* Design original collections that fuse heritage handwork with contemporary silhouettes and global wearability
* Develop mood boards and creative concepts that align with the brand’s vision
* Select fabrics, trims, and colors with both design and practicality in mind
* Deliver high-quality technical packages (tech packs), including:
* Flat sketches (front, back, side) with seam, stitch, and finish details
* Garment measurements/spec sheets across sizes
* Bill of materials (BOM) including fabrics, linings, buttons, zippers, and labels
* Construction guidelines and artwork placement
* Provide digital sewing patterns using CLO 3D software for all designs
* Collaborate with sample makers to ensure designs are accurately realised and refined during prototyping
* Oversee fit iterations and final garment evaluations
* Support grading and sizing, supplying base size specs or working with graders as needed
* Research market trends and cultural movements to inform relevant and inspired design decisions
* Work remotely with artisans and production teams to uphold quality and design integrity
What You Bring
* Strong grounding in modern European fashion design
* Portfolio that demonstrates innovation, artistic vision, and an understanding of garment construction
* Experience or deep interest in hand-made craftsmanship and textile techniques
* Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Illustrator, CLO 3D required )
* Ability to translate artistic concepts into functional, wearable garments
* Ability to create production-ready tech packs and digital patterns
* Entrepreneurial mindset ready to grow with the brand and contribute creatively and strategically
* Must be based in Europe, the Americas, or Asia and comfortable working remotely
