YOUR ROLE
* Design and evolve the VDI platform (Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops).
* Coordinate technical teams (VDI/RDS, network, security, operations).
* Lead PoC and testing projects for new VDI technologies.
* Manage Windows 10 master images and ensure regular updates.
* Maintain and optimize the Citrix infrastructure (NetScaler, StoreFront, PVS).
* Oversee application packaging and virtualization.
* Provide third-level support and resolve complex VDI-related incidents.
YOUR PROFILE
* 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with expertise in VDI and Windows environments.
* University Degree in Computer Sciences.
* Deep knowledge of Citrix technologies (XenApp/XenDesktop, NetScaler).
* Strong skills in application packaging (MSI, App-V, SCCM, scripting).
* Solid understanding of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
* ITIL certification (Foundation or Practitioner) strongly preferred.
* Languages: fluency in English. French would be an asset.
* Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.
