As an Asset Owner & O&M Manager, we will rely on you to ensure the reliable, efficient, and profitable operation of our BESS portfolio. You will combine technical and financial oversight, manage key stakeholders, and drive long-term asset value while ensuring compliance and operational excellence What would you work on? Management of the internal BESS asset portfolio according to business plan and investment goals. Monitoring the operation of the battery system and evaluating the performance of the battery system in close coordination with the technical department. Handling warranty claims with suppliers during the warranty period. Planning and monitoring maintenance and repair measures, supporting repairs in close collaboration with the technical department. Negotiation and management of O&M contracts. Preparation of financial reports and business reports as well as forecasts for production and operating costs. Examination of market trends for profit maximization and identification of investment opportunities. Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations during the operation of the battery system. Ensuring spare part inventory and availability. What makes you a great candidate? Completed degree in energy engineering, electrical and information technology, automation engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field. Proven practical experience in operating electrical systems (e.g., wind farms, solar plants, or battery storage) as an Asset Manager or O&M Manager. Strong analytical skills combined with a hands-on mentality, commitment, and sense of responsibility. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with curiosity and openness to new ideas. Willingness to travel and flexibility to work across different projects. Fluency in German and English, plus a valid Class B driver’s license. What do we offer?
