Your responsibilities
* Design and implement legal operations frameworks and initiatives within the regional legal function (DACH), with a strong focus on processes, systems and operating models
* Support the regional Legal Leadership Team in improving efficiency by applying and further developing the Target Operating Model, while identifying region-specific optimisation opportunities
* Lead the introduction, rollout and sustainable adoption of global legal tools and digital solutions across the region, working closely with IT, Finance, Procurement and other key stakeholders
* Establish a data-driven performance management approach through KPIs, dashboards and reporting, including the analysis of trends related to workload, efficiency and tool usage
* Act as a connecting interface between global standards and regional execution, providing structured feedback on requirements, insights and potential risks
* Drive transformation and enablement initiatives within the legal function by delivering trainings, facilitating knowledge transfer and supporting legal teams throughout change processes
Your profile
* University degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience in process optimisation and/or operations or transformation environments, ideally within legal services or other professional service functions
* Strong understanding of operating models, very good knowledge of process and project management, and a solid understanding of technical systems and tools
* Experience working with data analyses, KPIs and reporting structures to steer and optimise operational performance
* Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, combined with a strong solution- and customer-oriented mindset when addressing complex challenges
* High digital affinity and a genuine interest in the continuous development of modern ways of working, processes and systems
* Strong communication and networking skills, confident and professional presence across different hierarchy levels, as well as strong team and collaboration skills
* Very good written and spoken German and English
