buying-experience for private customers. We are fast, data-driven and efficient. Support us as
Senior Project Manager Scaling Europe by enabling an organization that is growing sustainably
closely with our Production management teams in Europe to bring our used-car refurbishment
Work directly with our Director of Production Europe as well as the local management teams in all Autohero markets to create a European roadmap for scaling initiatives to build a strong team of 1000+ team members in Europe
Manage cross-departmental initiatives with Production and People teams across markets focusing on: recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention
Create and maintain EU-level reporting to measure changes in KPIs linked to recruitment, onboarding, training, retention; examples on employee level: skill matrix, training lead times, training progress
Coordinate a streamlined onboarding process and have it executed at production centers that allows double-digit growth and ensures fast integration into teams
Together with our trainers formulating training need and training programs
Proven professional experience in a similar role, especially in business development, as project manager or as people analyst
Work experience in a start-up, a management consultancy, a dynamic, fast-growing company or from the automotive sector is a plus
Hands-on mentality, sense of ownership, agility and strong solution orientation
Fluent communication skills in English is a Must, fluent in German is a big Plus
