Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) for PLM transformation programs
• Assess change impact across business functions and user groups
• Develop stakeholder mapping, change readiness, and adoption strategy
• Design and execute communication plans aligned with PLM milestones
• Create and drive role based training and learning enablement plans
• Support transition from legacy systems to PTC Windchill
• Partner with functional and technical teams to embed new PLM processes
• Address resistance to change and promote user buy in
• Measure and track adoption KPIs, user sentiment, and effectiveness of change actions
• Support leadership with change messaging and transformation storytelling
• Ensure alignment with regulated environment expectations (controlled processes, disciplined usage)
• Fluent in German & English with strong communication and facilitation skills
