Your mission
* Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events
* Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce Eye-Able.com’s solutions and value propositions
* Engage with leads to understand their needs, pain points, and decision-making processes, qualifying them as potential customers
* Arrange meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects, ensuring a smooth transition of leads
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead status in the CRM system
* Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize lead generation efforts
Your profile
* A passion for our mission to make the digital world more accessible
* Familiarity with digital accessibility and web compliance standards is a plus
* Experience in sales, preferably via phone calls
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* You are fluent in Polish and have a good command of English (at least B2)
* Strong research and analytical abilities
* Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a results-driven mindset

Digital media is for everyone, but not everyone can use it. Many people think of accessibility in terms of elevators, handicapped-accessible rooms, or traffic lights with audible signals. But what does accessibility mean in the age of digitalization? According to a study by Aktion Mensch on the usage behavior of people with disabilities, it means that people with disabilities can use the Internet, i.e. perceive, understand, navigate and interact. In its 2006 Human Rights Convention, the United Nations even defines unhindered access to information and communication, including the Internet, as a fundamental human right.
