A global fastener manufacturer company is currently seeking an Account Manager & Sales Engineer with 3 years+ sales experience to join their expanding international sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing key accounts, with a focus on OEM and Tier 1 customers across Europe, Turkey, and North Africa.
The ideal candidate will have sales experience, ideally in the automotive sector, along with excellent relationship-building and customer communication skills.

Type: CDI (permanent contract), with 4 months’ probation period
Salary: €50-70k gross per year depending on experience, + performance-based bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 17:00

Main Responsibilities:
Promotional activities (across Negotiate Target programme progress management
Market Identification of customer requirements and issues for new product development / organisation of development requirements / development requests
Technical proposals to customers.
Support the planning and promotion of various strategies (product Collaboration with operating companies and support until the start of mass production and supply
Collaboration with relevant departments (R&D, PDO, FTC, YOC, etc.)
Technical trouble-shooting (in collaboration with PDOs and others)
Develop and assure smooth relationships with key accounts
Business trips for France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Portugal, Spain (25-50%)
Ideal Candidate:
3 years+ experience in sales, project management, and technical support is must
Sales experience in the automotive sector Business level fluency in English is must, French language is beneficial
Willingness to travel frequently across Europe and North Africa (approx. 50% of the time)
Strong communication and presentation skills
