Responsibilities
* Assist German-speaking customers with product or service-related inquiries.
* Provide solutions and support in a courteous and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for reporting and quality assurance.
* Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
* Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience.
Requirements
* Exceptional fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
* A minimum English proficiency of B2 is required.
* Previous experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging situations.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
* Willingness to relocate to Greece with full relocation support provided.
* A positive attitude and desire to deliver outstanding customer service is appreciated.
