Job Description
* Join the Pricing Transformation Journey: Contribute to building a unified and scalable pricing framework across the REPA Group.
* Implement Modern Pricing Solutions: Support the group-wide rollout of a new pricing system to harmonize and enhance pricing performance.
* Test & Model: Prepare pricing input parameters, test new functionalities, and ensure accurate implementation.
* Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Webshop, IT, and Data teams during the transformation process.
* Monitor KPIs: Track progress and measure the effectiveness of pricing initiatives.
* Drive Change: Understand the current pricing landscape and help teams adopt new processes and tools.
Qualifications
* Degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
* 2–3 years of experience in pricing with a solid understanding of pricing strategies.
* Experience with pricing software.
* Strong problem-solving skills and fact-based decision-making.
* Enjoy working in cross-functional teams.
* Excellent command of English (C1 level); German is a plus.
