Your Role
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will act as a true strategic business partner while leading the Human Resources department.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and developing a team of HR professionals while ensuring the department continues to deliver high-quality support across the business
Acting as a trusted advisor to senior management on all people-related matters, helping shape organisational strategy and culture
Driving the full talent management cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and employee development
Leading employer branding initiatives to further strengthen the company's already strong reputation on the Luxembourg market
Developing and implementing HR projects aimed at improving employee engagement, retention, and organisational performance
Ensuring compliance with Luxembourg labour legislation and HR best practices
Supporting business transformation initiatives and accompanying managers through periods of growth and change
Through this position, you will have a direct impact on the future of the organisation and the people who contribute to its success every day.
Your Profile
Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally within a structured and international environment
At least 3 to 4 years of experience in team management, with the ability to lead, support and develop HR professionals
Strong expertise in recruitment, talent management, employee development and HR strategy
Solid knowledge of Luxembourg labour law, enabling you to act as a trusted advisor to management
Fluency in both French and German is essential
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach
Natural leadership, strong sense of ownership and ability to work closely with senior management
Desire to build and develop a long-term career within a respected and prestigious organisation
