Overview
Getnet (a Santander Company) Global Sales team is the engine that drives Multinational customer acquisition and engagement for our Acquiring, Gateway and PSP product across the globe. We cover full commercial value chain, from prospecting to acquisition and activation. We are 100% client oriented with international approach to large corporations, covering their needs in Europe and LATAM in a long-term relationship. We’re looking for a Senior Sales Relationship manager responsible for pitching and manage the relationship with large international European Merchants with presence in Europe and LATAM. Someone with an end-to-end approach to customers with a hunter profile. A competitive, high energy, motivated individual who enjoys challenges and is willing to be part of an exciting opportunity within one of the strongest global banks as part of the most interesting Fintech expansion.
Responsibilities
* Senior Relationship managers with their daily activity with clients and prospects; pitch review, client calls, stake holders’ engagement (product, legal, compliance), events and conference attendance. Responsible for an annual budget
* Direct report to the head of Multinationals and owner of client’s budget across the different Getnet countries.
* Help local Multinationals sales reps per country to execute and implement locally what has been sold at Merchant HQ level
* Owner of annual budget from a TPV, return and risk point of view.
* As relationship manager in US this role will also be responsible for the outbound business ( booking outside Europe).
* Main contact person for Europe relationships and events in Germany and France.
* Discovering growth opportunities within our footprint to help the team deliver on targets.
Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience within a similar role
* English and Spanish are a must and Portuguese is also welcome.
* Experience in Acquiring/Payments or Cash Management understanding.
* Excellent communication skills.
* The ability to motivate and drive performance.
* Experience working within a performance management culture with objectives and timelines.
* Demonstrable senior commercial experience in a international environment with multicultural stake holders.
* Degree in finance/business or engineering related.
* We work with different countries and time zone in a very dynamic environment what implies flexibility to adapt to different schedules and timing.
