Tasks Architect our Frontend Infrastructure: Design and implement the entire frontend architecture, selecting the optimal frameworks and tools to build a scalable, high-performance platform from scratch. Develop an Exceptional User Interface: Create intuitive, responsive, and engaging user interfaces that deliver outstanding user experiences across all devices. Establish Frontend Best Practices: Implement coding standards, testing protocols, and development workflows to ensure code quality and maintainability. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, product, and other engineering teams to continually refine the system architecture. Technical Leadership: Contribute to technical decisions, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing and excellence. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex, high-performance web applications Demonstrated ability to design and build frontend architectures from the ground up, selecting appropriate frameworks and tools (e.g., React or Vue.js, Tailwind CSS) for scalable solutions Proficiency in backend frameworks and the integration of RESTful APIs and GraphQL Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and caching techniques Strong sense of UI/UX principles, with the ability to collaborate closely with designers to create intuitive and engaging interfaces Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and glue work Highly motivated and proactive, eager to take ownership of the full domain and follow through in a fast-paced, aspiring startup environment Fluency in English and good command of German Benefits Fair comp ESOP: Competitive salary plus meaningful equity True Ownership: You’ll be among the first, well-experienced developers.
