We are looking for a highly motivated Associate to join a dynamic team in private equity real estate investments. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in strategic acquisitions and contribute to the management of a diverse real estate portfolio across multiple asset types. Responsibilities: Support the acquisition process, including due diligence, market analysis, and transaction evaluation Build and maintain financial and cashflow models to support investment decisions Assist in portfolio and asset management initiatives Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize investment performance Prepare investment materials and presentations for internal and external stakeholders Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate transactions, acquisitions, or asset management Strong financial modelling skills, including cashflow analysis Fluent in German and English Experience with multi-asset portfolios (logistics, retail, office) is an advantage Analytical mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment This is an excellent opportunity to grow professionally within a strategic investment team and have a tangible impact on real estate investment decisions.
