Business Management Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Business Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Insight & Information Management
* Analyzing complex topics, challenging assumptions, and preparing forward-looking positions that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
* Monitoring internal and external developments, such as market trends and regulatory changes, to ensure informed decision-making.
* Preparing materials, briefings, and presentations on diverse topics to support executive-level discussions.
2. Operational Support & Execution
* Coordinating high-quality content and inputs from across the business line to ensure seamless execution.
* Ensuring the Executive is fully briefed for meetings and urgent topics, facilitating effective communication and decision-making.
* Participating in meetings, taskforces, and workgroups to drive collaboration and achieve common goals.
* Synthesizing workshop documentation and ensuring the Executive is always well-prepared for upcoming challenges.
* Managing sensitive information and stakeholder relationships with discretion, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
3. Stakeholder Management & Communication
* Acting as a trusted liaison between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
* Building a strong network within the Executive's departments and across the organization, promoting cross-functional collaboration.
* Facilitating alignment, cascading key messages, and ensuring two-way communication to drive understanding and engagement.
* Identifying conflicts, flagging issues for intervention, and engaging in brainstorming sessions with the Executive to resolve challenges.
4. Project Leadership
* Independently leading and driving complex, high-stakes projects aligned with the Executive's strategic priorities, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
* Taking ownership of key issues before escalation and proactively proposing solutions to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
* Demonstrating leadership readiness, deepening business acumen, and gaining a comprehensive understanding of the business line's functioning.
Your skills: Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent. Minimum 6 years of experience in banking, risk management, or a relevant strategic role, ideally with a consulting background. Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
