We are looking for a Commercial Services Senior Analyst to be a key team member within the Commercial Services team and take ownership of contract and sales order, invoicing, trade finance and logistics activities for EMEA, as part of the Non-Bulk Atlantic businesses. Our Commercial Services team will streamline and guide how we invest in and harness technology for Commercial. This team will modernise and digitise our manual processes, addressing pain points and focusing on initiatives to improve customer experiences. Reporting to the Manager, Commercial Services Atlantic and working in a challenging and exciting environment within the Commercial team, you will: Perform Customer sales administrative activities such as contract entry, sales orders, shipping and invoicing for medium to high complexity customers and processes to support sales and customer service Lead month end inventory reconciliation and accrual activities Identify opportunities for business process, digital and automation improvements and work with the Business Improvement team to contribute to their implementation in order to bring additional value to the CTC operations Provide training to new team members on the end-to-end CTC activities and processes Engage with key operational stakeholders by attending weekly product-based meetings to discuss and review all current and upcoming priorities, projects, and areas of focus Participate in projects as a product SME to represent CS requirements Receive and manage level 1 escalations for the product in scope, identify and implement sustainable improvements where required Perform the analysis of the monthly KPI and SLA performance to provide insights on top performance contributors and potential improvement points What you’ll bring A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field, or equivalent work experience Knowledge and work experience with SAP Experience in CTC operations and month end closing activities, with knowledge on multiple products as an asset Proficiency for KPI and SLA performance analysis Strong stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work in a multi-product environment and standardized processes Adaptability to change and evolving deadlines What we offer Be recognised for your contribution, your thinking and your hard work, and go home knowing you’ve helped the world progress.
