How you can contribute
* Design system architectures and technical specifications across our products
* Develop technical roadmaps based on requirements from our innovation team
* Implement AI solution in products or workflows to improve
* Mentor developers and and establish coding standards
* Work closely with the founding team to standardize technologies across our product portfolio
Skills / Qualifications
* Professional experience in frontend and/or backend development using modern web technologies, SPA frameworks, and object-oriented programming
* Experience in requirements engineering and understanding customer needs
* Database design and optimization expertise (SQL and NoSQL)
* Knowledge of HTTP REST/RPC interfaces and common documentation formats (Swagger/OpenAPI)
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA) and agile methodologies (Kanban, SCRUM)
* Optional: Web accessibility standards
