In this exciting chapter of continued growth and expansion for Chase, we’re looking for a passionate Senior Social Media Manager (all genders) who will create, implement and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns. The role will focus on developing a comprehensive social media strategy, implementing key campaigns and initiatives that deliver brand and business impact, and ensuring consistency and relevance across all social channels. Job Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals and brand identity. Own the development of monthly social calendar, incorporating new themes and ideas whilst developing the strategy for launch Work with internal teams to create and launch new social assets Own reporting for both earned and owned social media, feeding insights and trends back into the business. Improve engagement by optimising existing campaigns, using data to uncover opportunities Work effectively across the business, collaborating with teams to drive a clear and positive experience for our customers Explore new channel and/or tools to improve engagement and efficiency Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Previous experience working in a social media marketing role Experience with Sprinklr or a similar social media management tool essential A passion for exploring the latest social media trends A natural project manager, with experience in running end-to-end initiatives within a fast-paced environment Analytical, with a test & learn mindset, comfortable working with data and data teams to identify trends and growth opportunities Strong attention to detail with a focus on effective documentation to support collaboration Excellent German and English communication skills Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Facebook Business Manager experience ICBCAREER
