Lem, DK: Finance Business Partner
Are you passionate about turning financial insights into strategic business decisions?
At Baettr, we are looking for a Finance Business Partner who will play a key role in ensuring that financial considerations are integrated into business decisions.
You will be based at our headquarters in Lem, Denmark in our Global Finance department, working closely with colleagues both locally and across our global organization.
Your key responsibilities
As a Finance Business Partner, you will deliver strategic financial insights that drive growth and informed decision-making across our global organization. You will act as a trusted business partner to various departments, offering recommendations to management and key stakeholders.
Additionally, you will be:
1. Responsible for global CAPEX reporting and business partnering, ensuring transparency and accuracy in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
2. Supporting the global budgeting process and creating financial forecasts aligned with strategic objectives.
3. Developing, documenting, and supporting the optimization of internal business processes in close collaboration with colleagues across the organization.
4. Preparing and reviewing monthly group reports, analyzing financial performance, and operational KPIs.
5. Collaborating across departments to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations for resource allocation and investments.
Professional and personal qualifications
You hold a relevant financial education, such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience. You have an analytical mindset, enabling you to interpret complex financial data and deliver actionable insights.
You enjoy stakeholder management and are skilled at building strong working relationships based on mutual respect. Keeping focus, prioritizing, and structuring your tasks are key attributes. Combined with a proactive approach and strong communication and presentation skills, you can drive your activities to successful conclusions.
