Strategic Project Governance Lead
We seek a seasoned Strategic Project Governance Lead to manage our project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective governance.

Main responsibilities include:
* Governance Framework Development:
* Create, maintain, and continuously improve the project governance framework to align with corporate objectives;
* Liaise with all teams and departments to capture items for inclusion in the project portfolio;
* Collect feedback from teams to adapt and enhance the framework, processes, and tools;
* Maintain and ensure application of project portfolio and project management governance;
* Communicate, train, and coach internal teams on defined governance, processes, and tools;
* Provide regular reporting to stakeholders on project portfolio components;
* Support resource allocation by providing staff capacity reports to team supervisors/managers;
* Steer Portfolio Review Committee & Capacity Planning Committee;
* Foster collaboration and coordination for change management activities.
