Vitafy Brands was founded in 2014 in Munich and is a leading B2C online platform with its own strong end‑customer brands. The focus is on developing and marketing functional products in the Health & Wellbeing area (healthy nutrition & natural supplements as well as fitness & weight loss). We support health‑oriented customers with our brands Achterhof (achterhof.de), BodyLab (bodylab24.de) and Gymqueen (gymqueen.de) in achieving their individual goals. Both our own and third‑party brands are sold, among other channels, centrally over our platform vitafy.de. Das Team
As Senior Online Marketing Manager you are the central interface between product development & category management, performance marketing and other online marketing and sales channels. You translate product and brand strategies into targeted marketing measures and ensure that our products are optimally placed in the market. Ultimately you combine analytical thinking with creative execution, develop and evaluate concepts based on data and bring the full‑funnel mindset to strategically align all marketing measures – from awareness to conversion and retention.

* Planning and execution of product launch campaigns, promotions and seasonal actions.
* Steering and optimization of online marketing campaigns in close coordination with the teams of marketing channels (Paid Social, SEA, Display, Affiliate, E‑Mail, etc.).
* Development and data‑based evaluation of creative concepts to achieve both brand‑image and performance‑oriented goals.
* Development and implementation of 360° full‑funnel marketing strategies that guide users along the entire customer journey – from awareness to retention.
* Close collaboration with category management and product development to translate product USPs and market data into campaign strategies.
* Definition and monitoring of KPIs for all funnel stages and continuous optimization of budget allocation.
* A/B‑Testing and data‑driven success control to validate creative ideas measurably.
Profil
* Completed studies in Marketing, Business Administration, E‑Commerce, Communication Sciences or a comparable qualification.
* 2–5 years of experience in online marketing, ideally in an e‑commerce company, an online marketing agency and/or in the FMCG/Food/Health sector.
* Fundamental knowledge in full‑funnel marketing, performance channels and data‑driven campaign management.
* Strong analytical skills to evaluate creative concepts based on data and optimize marketing measures measurably.
* Organizational talent, teamwork mentality and the ability to steer multiple projects simultaneously.
