About the Job
We are looking for a seasoned professional to take on a pivotal role within our European operations. As Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, while also nurturing existing accounts and building lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the data center sector and other industries where Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems are required.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, preferably with experience in technical solutions for data centers, electrical infrastructure, or similar sectors. A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field is essential, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the data center sector and other industries that require UPS systems across Europe.
* Promote and sell our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems.
* Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients, ensuring the UPS systems meet their operational needs and future growth plans.
* Continuously monitor competitors and analyze industry trends, including market developments and emerging technologies.
* Report monthly sales to management.
Requirements
* A minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on technical solutions for data centers, electrical infrastructure, or similar sectors.
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Technical background or certifications in UPS systems, power management, and/or energy solutions would be considered a plus.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Results-driven and proactive approach to identifying client needs, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
* Fluent in English and willing to travel in Europe and globally.
