In the 2022/23 financial year, DOUGLAS generated sales of 4.1 billion euros and employed around 18,000 people across Europe.TASKS WITH IMPACTLead the integration of ESG and financial data into our existing reporting and controlling landscape, including harmonizing these data domains.Take (partial) project responsibility for CSRD and EU taxonomy initiatives, acting as a key member of the core project team.Support the preparation of the CSRD report and develop expertise in selected ESRS standards to serve as a knowledgeable sparring partner for departments and international entities.Engage with auditors to discuss fundamental ESG reporting issues, contributing to the improvement of report quality.Manage the ESG data reporting process during year-end closing, analyze the data, and create impactful reports and presentations.Develop actionable recommendations on ESG reporting topics and translate them into sound decision proposals for top management.YOUR SKILLSSuccessfully completed degree with a focus on controlling, finance, or a related field.Several years of professional experience in controlling, consulting, or an auditing firm.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, supplemented by expertise in BI tools and multidimensional reporting systems.Organizational strength and adaptability to navigate a dynamic environment independently and solution-oriented.Proactive mindset to continuously improve processes and outcomes.YOUR BENEFITS Your personal development: we want you to grow with us.
