Position Overview:
As the Commercial Account Executive for our client, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding their client base within the commercial sector. Leveraging your strong sales acumen and industry knowledge, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities with commercial entities interested in integrating our client's EV software solutions into their operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
* Business Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within commercial organizations, including fleet managers, transportation companies, and corporate entities.
* Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive market penetration for our client's EV software solutions.
* Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and challenges of prospective clients and articulate how our client's EV software solutions can address their pain points and deliver value.
* Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals, tailored to the specific requirements of each client, outlining the benefits and ROI of our client's solutions.
* Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close deals to achieve sales quotas and revenue goals for our client.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients on behalf of our client, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
* Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities for our client.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably within the software or technology sector.
* Strong understanding of the commercial sector, with experience selling to fleet operators, logistics companies, or corporate clients.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Fluency in English and German; additional languages a plus.
