kp is currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist, Pharma, for our location in Montabaur. The role involves providing customer support for Western Europe, with a focus on French-speaking customers. The position is initially a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities:
1. Order entry, processing, and tracking in SAP.
2. Tracking orders and invoicing in SAP.
3. Responding to customer and sales inquiries regarding order status.
4. Communicating with customers regarding estimated delivery dates.
5. Monitoring and analyzing key KPIs in the Salesforce Customer Service Dashboard.
6. Maintaining updated shipping data for all customer orders in SAP.
7. Processing order changes in collaboration with the relevant departments.
8. Supports the entire supply chain in collaboration with representatives and operational interfaces at the various locations.
9. Handles country- and region-specific formalities and documentation.
10. Records customer complaints in Salesforce for further processing by Quality Assurance (QA).
11. Monitors customer-specific inventory levels of products that are ordered on a recurring basis.
12. Prepares weekly inventory reports as needed for customers with existing inventory agreements or practices to ensure compliance with the FIFO principle.
13. Monitors and resolves overdue inventory issues.
14. Maintains regular communication with Sales regarding customers and projects.
15. Assists Sales with information on price status.
Required Qualifications:
16. Completed commercial apprentinceship
17. Knowledge and experience in customer service
18. Excellent written and spoken French and English
19. Knowledge of country-specific laws and customs formalities is a plus
20. SAP knowledge is mandatory
21. Good CRM knowledge; Salesforce knowledge is a plus
22. Good MS Office skills
23. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
24. Experience in customer contact; awareness of customer needs
25. Ability to work in a team; reliability; loyalty
